Join us at We Out Here Festival: 14th - 17th Aug 2025 (arrival Weds 13th August)

We are accepting (non-food) trader applications for the Crafty Fox Market, Sustainable Fashion Market, and limited gazebo spaces. Please read the information below before applying. Apply by February 28, 2025. Responses will be sent by March 14.

We Out Here festival is a “celebratory weekend of raucous dance and cosmic jazz”(Guardian, 5 star review), brought to you by Gilles Peterson and the team behind Dimensions, Outlook and Sunfall festivals. 2025 will be the 6th year of We Out Here and the 5th time we have had a presence at the festival.

“Joining the musical dots between soul, hip hop, house, afro, electronica, jazz and beyond, we showcase both outstanding live music and some of the best record collections in the world. We also place an emphasis on high quality food and drink offerings, arts and cultural offerings, crisp sound and production, family activities and wellness: all to compliment quality-led musical curation.” Check out the line-up for this year’s festival and find out more about what to expect onsite here.

The capacity is in the region of 16,000 and the crowd is diverse with all ages represented. It takes places in Wimborne St Giles, Dorset, with a seven-acre lake, stretches of woodland walks and tucked-away pockets of forest to explore.

There are 3 ways to trade with us (please also read further information below). The markets are all curated to a brief provided by the festival and we usually receive around 3 times as many applications as we have space for. We will reply to all applicants to let them know the outcome by 14th March.

  • Crafty Fox Market - trading hours: from 1pm - 6pm on Thursday and 11am - 6pm from Friday to Sunday.
    Our signature craft market will take place in a centrally-located marquee as part of the wider event. The market will showcase a diverse range of handmade and design-led (non-food) products. Our tent always has a great atmosphere and friendly traders - it’s very much about working together as a collective. We have up to 28 spaces available.

  • Sustainable Fashion Market - trading hours: from 1pm - 7pm on Thursday and 11am - 7pm from Friday to Sunday.
    We also host our the popular Sustainable Fashion Market in a separate marquee, positioned near to the Crafty Fox Market. Please note, in responding to the brief provided by the festival, we are NOT looking for ‘festival specific’ fashion and we will be limiting the amount of vintage fashion. Pieces DO NOT have to be made in the UK but we will need to know how / why your brand is sustainable/ethical so please make this is clear in the application - we want the story behind your brand! We will also be looking at price point, audience and your stall set-up for this market. There are 20 trading spaces available.

  • Trading from your own structure
    If you require a larger space, there is also the opportunity to trade from your own professional gazebo structure with weights. ‘Garden’ gazebos are not suitable - it needs to be able to protect your stock, regardless of the weather. We will not be able to confirm the positioning of gazebos until close to the festival date. We cannot guarantee you will be able to park vans behind your gazebo but we will do our best.

    Option 1: £320 (+ 20% VAT) - 230cm x 100cm space as part of the Crafty Fox Market tent or Sustainable Fashion Market tent (to fit a 6ft table or alternative set-up). Includes 2 crew tickets, parking, camping and access to WiFi and shared electric point. You can bring your own table/structure or rent a 6ft table from us.
    Option 2: £570 (+ 20% VAT) - 3m x 3m gazebo trading space. Includes 2 crew tickets, parking and camping, access to WiFi and a shared electric point.
    Option 3: £650 (+20% VAT) - 3m gazebo frontage with 4m space behind. Includes 2 crew tickets, parking and camping. access to WiFi and a shared electric point.
    Option 4: £750 (+20% VAT) - 4m gazebo frontage with 4m space behind. Includes 2 crew tickets, parking and camping. access to WiFi and a shared electric point.
    Option 5: A different size or shape of gazebo or trading structure. Pricing on request.

Rent 6ft trestle table: £12 (+ 20% VAT)
Extra crew tickets are available to purchase for an additional £150. Limited to one per pitch

Trading

  • The trading hours for the Crafty Fox Market & Sustainable Fashion tent are from 1pm - 6pm on Thursday 14th Aug and 11am - 7pm from Friday to Sunday. Arrival is on the Wednesday and take down is Sunday evening or Monday morning. In exceptional circumstances, you may also arrive on Thursday before 9.30am.

  • You will need to commit to having your stall open for the duration of the trading hours - the success of the market relies on everyone playing their part and being there on time each day. There is more flexibility with trading hours if you bring your own structure - please consider this option if you would prefer to trade later than 7pm.

  • The festival experience can be intense - please only sign up if you feel confident that you will enjoy the environment and the music! A certain amount of flexilibity is required also as we often deal with unexpected circumstances beyond our control - good vibes only please :-)

  • There will be a WiFi service provider contracted by the festival to provide service across the site. We cannot 100% guarantee that it will work as planned - please also be prepared for cash sales.

Environmental Policy

  • No single-use plastics, this includes plastic bags - if you are selling items that need a bag, please use paper or biodegradable.

  • Please reduce your packaging as much as possible before arriving to site and take all rubbish linked to trading home with you.

  • All glitter must be biodegradable - leave no trace!

Camping

  • You have the option to bring your own tent or live-in vehicle.

  • There are also glamping options available at special prices for traders. We will provide information when we have it available.

  • Alternatively, you have the option to leave the site each day and find accommodation nearby.

We will host a zoom call in May for those who are offered places to go through any questions with a follow up call 2 weeks before the festival for last minute queries!
