Festival Trading

Crafty Fox Market brings its contemporary market experience to festival fields, creating spaces where visitors can meet makers and explore a carefully curated selection of independent design, craft, fashion and ethically made products.

We’ve been part of Shambala Festival in Northamptonshire since 2018 and We Out Here Festiva in Dorset l since 2021. At Shambala, our intimate marquee showcases up to 15 traders. At We Out Here, we host a Crafty Fox Market with around 30 traders, alongside a Sustainable Fashion Market with around 20 carefully selected brands, plus additional gazebo traders across the site.

For potential traders

Are you interested in joining our festival trading mailing list? Our festivals typically involve up to five nights of camping, so you’ll need to be comfortable with the realities of festival life—while also embracing the unique joy of living and working within a creative, immersive environment.

Our festival criteria are broader than our regular markets. Alongside artists and makers, we welcome applications from sustainable fashion brands, independent collectives, and ethical resellers. For We Out Here, we are working to a specific brief and are not seeking festival-specific fashion.

Spaces at Shambala are extremely limited and currently by invitation only.
