Back in 2018 I was looking for a bag to buy my mum and struggled to find one that fit my criteria of being
made locally, colourful and without the luxury price point.
I decided to take on the challenge myself, using the skills learnt during my fashion degree and various supply chain roles, I created a beautiful blue bag to give to my mum. Loving the process and receiving a few custom orders, I did my first in person market in December 2018 and Rhe Amore was born.
All of our products are designed & handmade by myself from our studio on the Isle of Wight. We work directly with the tanneries in Italy to source our leather, and in some cases we use the help of a British supplier to source our speciality hair on hide leathers.
All of our products are made with the same materials and sewn with the same techniques used by luxury brands but our’s just come without the high price point.
We want our products to bring colour & joy into their life, whilst knowing that they are made to last from a material that would otherwise end up in landfill.
