Sam Edwards runs both group and personal online and in-person yoga classes to keep you all grounded and moving (very important for those of us hunched over a desk or a making bench all day!). With classes for all abilities, Sam offers Yoga specifically for runners and cyclists as well as courses in Flow, Yin Yoga and Meditation.
As a student of Jason Crandell (ERYT 500hrs), Sam teaches yoga with the same approach as she follows in her personal practice. An evenly paced vinyasa flow yoga that incorporates mindfulness & technical precision. A satisfying mélange of power & yin to help balance body, mind & soul from the everyday stresses of life & training.
Sam loves to run, swim and cycle and has found her yoga practice instrumental in her ability to complete many races over the last few years; including her most recent Ironman achievement. She uses her experience as an endurance athlete & yogini to help her students to develop proprioception; to improve their functional strength, flexibility & mobility through conscious movement & breath.
