Hello, I'm Marisa, owner of Happy Little Stitches and designer and maker of fabulous things!
I started Happy Little Stitches in 2016 after my first son was born and I began to get some time back for myself. I have always loved creating and making things, and have a degree in Fine Art Sculpture. Fabric and sewing have nearly always been my medium of choice.
I use a range of fabrics to create hand and machine-sewn products with a fun and happy theme, appealing to children and adults alike. These include keyrings, earrings, hanging decorations and cushions. I also sell a small number of UK-produced items featuring my original illustrations.
I particularly enjoy creating rainbows from different fabric types and prints, and re-imagining people and things in retro ice lolly form!
