Hello! I am Elle, a freelance illustrator and artist living next to the sea in windy Brighton, specialising in making colourful and characterful pictures. I predominantly work digitally using procreate and photoshop, but my background is in fine art and I love to paint using gouache or oils. My Bachelor of Fine Arts - BFA focused in Fine Art is from Falmouth University.
I sell prints, hand painted originals and decorations. My work mixes natural elements, feminist concepts and ecological concerns, with underlying mythological themes. I can most often be found in my home studio wearing very oversized jumpers, patterned shirts, silver jewellery and massive headphones.
All my prints are produced and packaged at home and are giclée archival gallery quality. At every opportunity I endeavour to make my processes and packaging as environmentally friendly as possible
