My name is Bethany Drake and I'm an illustrator based in Poole, Dorset.
After graduating from university with an illustration degree in 2020, I began freelance illustrating and creating my own illustrated products that I sell at markets and in my Etsy store.
I have been driven by my love of characters and narrative and focus on these areas within my illustration work. The products I sell are centred around fun animal-based characters that I loved bringing to life - with a particular best seller being the sausage dog eco-friendly wrapping paper!
I create my illustrations using traditional materials such as gouache paint and colouring pencils, then translate the designs onto wrapping paper, cards, stickers and art prints!
